What we do
From idea to impact
Lighthouse Projects International is an incubator, project optimizer and product optimizer. We work with founders, engineers, designers and organisations whose ideas deserve to be seen – and help turn them into projects and products that can stand on their own.
Incubation
We take early ideas in and shape them into clear concepts: purpose, structure, business model, milestones and the right partners for each stage.
Project and product optimization
We refine existing projects and products – design, materials, positioning and processes – until they are ready for partners, production and the market.
Partnerships and licensing
We connect projects with industry partners, operators and licensees, and prepare the documents that make cooperation possible.
Knowledge and publishing
We explain complex topics in plain language – in the Lighthouse Magazine and in knowledge platforms such as the Peptide Atlas.

AWAS FEE
Separation technology that removes heavy oil and other pollutants from industrial process water so it can be reused – currently at one of the largest refineries in the Middle East.
